This site only collects what you choose to type into a form — your email address, and your first name if you send a message or request a resource. This note explains what happens to it.

What is collected

• Your email address when you request a free resource or subscribe to the newsletter.
• Your first name and message when you book an audit or get in touch.

Why it is collected

• To send you the resource you asked for.
• To send the weekly newsletter — only if you signed up for it.
• To reply to your enquiry about the AI front-desk service.

That's it. Your data is never sold, shared for advertising, or used to send anything you didn't ask for.

Where it is stored

Email and contact details are passed to SendPulse, an email service provider, which stores them on behalf of this site so the resource and newsletter can be sent. SendPulse's own privacy policy applies to that storage. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email. To make any of these requests, email support@yellowcrab.ai.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, kept on your device so the site remembers it.

If this notice changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it.
